Equipment Rental Co-Ordinator

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and experienced in coordinating offshore equipment rentals? We’re looking for an Equipment Rental Co-ordinator to join our team and take ownership of the full rental lifecycle for subsea and offshore assets including baskets, PPUs, containers, and specialist equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the mobilisation, hire, and demobilisation of offshore equipment, ensuring readiness and availability.

• Liaising with clients to confirm hire requirements, delivery schedules, and technical specifications.

• Maintaining accurate records of hire agreements, certifications, inspections, and logistics documentation.

• Preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and managing invoices in line with company procedures.

• Supporting internal reporting and ensuring data accuracy for hire activities and asset utilisation.

• Handling hire-related queries and resolving operational issues professionally and efficiently.

• Completing all associated administrative tasks within the hire process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in equipment hire coordination, ideally within offshore, subsea, or marine operations.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent hires.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.

• Solid understanding of logistics and documentation for offshore mobilisations.
