Fabrication
We provide quality fabrication & design services to high specification, working within tight deadlines. We provide onshore and offshore repair and maintenance services and work globally with large oil & gas companies, subsea contractors and shipping companies.
As well as having a range of equipment and products for rental, we make bespoke products and equipment, from shipping containers to large complex structures. We have the capacity at our premises in Colpy, near Aberdeen, to quickly set up efficient production lines for large quantities and a quick turnaround and have ample storage on-site for clients’ use. Our own in-house drawing office works closely with our highly skilled team of multi-coded welders, giving us confidence in delivering high quality output, to specification within a safe environment.
Our projects team manages each job from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process by working closely with our clients, suppliers and staff. Harper UK holds and owns its own welding procedures, which are prudently followed. Traceability is an integral part of what we do; our project engineers are responsible for QA testing, certification and final documentation. We have a Quality Management System which is DNV approved and allows us to capture vital data to support final documentation. Our clients have access to a full documentation pack for each and every job we deliver.
